Preheat oven to 400 F.
In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, Siracha sauce and relish.
Add shredded chicken to the above mayo mixture.
Then prepare an oven proof dish or baking tray by lightly oiling it.
Place the bottom halves of the buns in a layer in the dish.
Divide the chicken-mayo mixture into 8 parts and spread it on the buns.
Top it with shredded chicken.
Place the top halves of the burger buns on top.
In another small bowl, melt the butter/margarine and add minced garlic, salt and herbs to it.
Brush this butter-garlic mixture on the tops of the buns.
Place it in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. The top will be crunchy and the cheese will be melted.
