In a bowl combine thick cream, mayonnaise, yogurt, sugar and jelly powder and whisk for at least 2 minutes.
Add the nuts (if using) and give it a mix.
Now add the Cool Whip/ whipped cream and FOLD gently. You don’t want to deflate it.
Finally add the drained fruit cocktail and FOLD it.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
