Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare the Potatoes:
Start by peeling the potatoes and give them a wash.
Cut them into bite-sized pieces (roughly 1-inch cubes). Try to keep the pieces uniform in size for even cooking.
Mix oil, dried parsley, red chili flakes, paprika, garlic powder, salt and chaat masala.
:In a large baking dish, toss in the potatoes with the above prepared spiced oil. Make sure each piece is well coated with the spiced oil.
Spread the seasoned potato pieces in a single layer and add 1/4 cup water to the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Flip the potatoes halfway through.
Bake until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Remove the potato bites from the oven, add cheese on top (the cheese will melt from the heat of the potatoes).
Serve with your favorite sauce/dip and enjoy
Notes
You can leave the potato skin on. Just make sure to wash the potatoes really well to remove any dirt.
