red chili flakes

chaat masala

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Start by peeling the potatoes and give them a wash.
Cut them into bite-sized pieces (roughly 1-inch cubes). Try to keep the pieces uniform in size for even cooking.
Mix oil, dried parsley, red chili flakes, paprika, garlic powder, salt and chaat masala. Toss in the potatoes and mix well.
Take a large baking tray, cover with alumininum foil (for easy clean-up). Lightly brush with oil (prevents potatoes from sticking).
Spread the seasoned potato pieces in a single layer on the baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Flip the potatoes and bake for further 12-15 minutes more.
Remove the potato bites from the oven, add cheese on top (the cheese will melt from the heat of the potatoes).
Serve with your favorite sauce/dip and enjoy
Notes
You can leave the potato skin on. Just make sure to wash the potatoes really well to remove any dirt.
