Ingredients

mint leaves

sugar

lemon juice

black salt
(kala namak)

Instructions
In a blender, add 1 cup water followed by mint leaves, sugar, lemon juice, black salt and blend.
Then add in the remaining 4 cups of water and ice and blend one more time.
Pour into serving glasses and serve cold.
Notes
Blending mint leaves initially with 1 cup water helps break the leaves and dissolve the sugar completely.
