Tuna Patties

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans tuna (240gm) (completely drained)
  • 200 gm potato boiled and mashed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 2 teaspoons soya sauce
  • 4 teaspoons vinegar
  • Oil as needed

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Taking about 1/4 cup mixture, shape them into patties.
  • In a non-stick frying pan on medium-high heat, add 2-3 tablespoons of oil and cook the patties until golden brown on one side. Then flip and cook the other side in the same way. Add oil as needed.
  • Serve warm.
